Camp Rocky Top

A great time was had by all at Camp Rocky Top this past weekend. The Wampus Cats demonstrated awesome team building skills and staff unity. Not only that, revenge was had on the Apartments Area Fainting Goats! hehehe :) Here are few photos to highlight the weekend:

Wampus Cat Pledge

I pledge my allegiance to the West Side Wampus Cats.

I will be dedicated to my fellow Wampus Cats and all the Wampus Kittens that join us on August 14th.

I promise to protect our territory and take pride in my hall.

I will use my cat like reflexes to respond to crisis.

I promise to keep my wild side alive as I constantly challenge the status quo and think outside the box.

I will be a fierce proponent for diversity and will keep all predators away who threaten our community.

I vow to be stronger, better, faster, smarter and work harder than any Fainting Goat that crosses my path.

Above all us, I will keep the legend of the Wampus Cat alive by doing everything in my power to make this year legendary!

Greetings to all West Side Wampus Cats! We are so excited to start this year!

First off, who are the West Side Wampus Cats? Why, the West Side Wampus Cats are the RAs and headstaff members of Hess, Humes, Reese, North Carrick, South Carrick, and Morrill of course! These just happen to be all the best halls on campus! Imagine that!

Now, what is a Wampus Cat?

Let's consult a source and find out: Because of the terrible ferocity of this deadly creature, very few people have seen it and lived to tell the truth. This beast that moves with the velocity of a cheetah, is a cross between a wild cat, the badger, and the lobo wolf. The Wampus Cat is a long, lean animal with deep blood colored maroon markings on its golden fur. It has 6 legs, 4 for running at the speed of light, 2 for fighting with all its might. This frightful beast has yet to become extinct. On the slightest provocation it will fly into such a frenzy of rage that it will attack and rend into pieces anything in its path.

The Wampus Cats are ready to put a stop to these shenanigans!
